Everton were hoping to improve their game after their ex head coach Marco Silva was sacked this week. Duncan Ferguson was called upon to take charge of the match against Chelsea. Surprisingly for everyone Everton got their first win after loosing 3 consecutive matches one of which they lost at home to Norwich.
They play Manchester United on Sunday and of course hope to win at old Trafford.

Mateo kovacic was able to get the ball to the back of the net but it was not enough to get Chelsea a point.
