Rivers state governor orders the seizure of any vehicle whose passengers refuse to make use of the nose mask

professor Ben Ayade the cross river state governor  has ordered the police to seize and vehichle which the passengers refuse to make use nof the nose guard as a way of preventing the corona virus. the vehicle seized should be moved to the state secretariat of the covid-19 task force.and they must be fined am amount of 300,000 naira before the vehicle is given back to them. apart from that, the passengers who refuse to use the nose mask must be arrested and quarantined for 14 days.
